N97 at the top (of Chicago)

July 20th, 2009 at 4:20 pm

Following Jonny’s post from Saturday about his victory at the top of the Willis Tower, he’s provided an account of his adventure over at Thoughts on S60.

It sounds very exciting, and he provides proof of success with the 3 required photographs of fire hydrant, police car and doughnut. Also reporting on the race is Andrew Currie - who mentions the word sabotage (!) - and the excitement at reaching the destination. All the action was captured on the N97, and of course Nokia Maps was used to faciltate quick manoeuvres.

Tom,

Don’t insult us, Chicagoans… :-) It will never be Willis Tower. Even though it’s renamed, it will always be Sears Tower.
