VoIP on N800

Skype friendly users will be happy to hear that a partnership has been announced between themselves and Nokia at the CES event, specifically for the new Nseries device, the N800 internet tablet.

The VoIP-Sol guys have blogged about how the N800 will support VoIP calling through Skype, once the application has been downloaded and you’ve logged in, calls can be made straight-away. Let them know how you think this will work out for users.

  Im a “teckno-head” devloper here in washington just a spits distance from the computer software giant microsoft. i just purchased a n800 for my self and another for a back up unit. im getting ready to join the force of user who love the power nokia has placed in our grasph. im hoping we see a windows CE duel boot mode arise so i can put my thousands of CE apps and programs to the test on the nokia platform and excellent devices. allthough linux is workable; in the next three years, We WILL see devlopments in - remote control applcations; and interfaces; for these portable, teachable, learning & serving devices. I want to see the “depth of home automation” control being developed, with useful graphic interfaces and neat garage door opening software, light and entertainment system even climate, remote control inteface software and hardware even cosider and build alarm system surveilence and have camera’s streaming live monitoring video stuff; come out for this beutiful n800 device. I challenge code witers, devlopers, investors, and inventors to meet minds and will-power on my site up-coming very soon.. http://www.newconceptsunlimited.com and join the perade and farmers; of tommarows; wants and havers. we shall all become.
