N95 vs Canon SD800

May 21st, 2007

The N95 has had a few hard tests over the last few months, taking on everything from high definition camcorders to Sony digital cameras.

Now, possibly in its hardest test, it takes on the Canon SD800 at a whopping 7.1MP, easily beating the N95 in terms of mega pixels, it’s no surprise that Michael Gartenberg, of the JupiterResearch blog, has declared the Canon the winner. A fair test? We’ll let you decide, there’s no comment section on their blog so if you have an opinion let us know here.

Duh~ What do they expect..Even a 2.0MPx phone camera will not be able to take down a 2.0MPx digicam..What more to compare it with a higher resolution! N95 is still a winner..at least among mobile phones, it has the best pics now!

Hey, nice article, but have you tested the N93i. It has the missing optical zoom you have been missing, and also faster response after you take an image.

N95 in my opinion has grown above the current Omap CPU currently installed. The 5MP has tipped the balance between quality picture and response times.

Duh! You must be nuts comparing a cell phone with digital camera. Try comparing a Ferrari and an Ambrams tank for a change.
