Nseries as a keep fit device?!

December 5th, 2007

Munkimatt at Nokia Geek has set himself a challenge, and he’s hoping an Nseries device and the Sports Tracker application will help him succeed.

One of the features of Sports Tracker is the ability to upload journeys (or in this case work-outs) which you can then give other users access to. This feature is being put to creative use by munkimatt as he begins to use technology to help him get fit and lets the world follow how he copes…

What do you think of munkimatt’s challenge? He’s looking for feedback (and encouragement!) so head over to leave your comments.

looks awesome. i like how nokia is tying in everyday life with your cell phone. simply amazing.

i made a post on my blog about a new fitness application that records your steps, distance, energy, and time, like a pedometer. its currently being tested by nokia and hopefully they release it soon. of course it uses the accelerometer in the n95.
