N95 8GB US variant released

January 7th, 2008

US based N95 fans can now get their hands on an N95 8GB that makes use of 3G. The device was launched today at CES and has been leapt upon across the space. The new release is identical to the previous version of the device, though with the added functionality to run on the 850/1900Mhz HSDPA frequency.

Symbian Guru Ricky Cadden wonders if the release will ship with the v15 firmware launched only last week while Symbian Freak and All About Symbian also carry views on the update.
