Last.fm client released for S60 devices

March 3rd, 2008 at 1:04 am

Both Symbian Guru, Ricky Cadden and Zach at Symbian in Motion have commented on some exicting news for music orientated S60 fans: the release of a Last.fm Client for the platform.

The app, called Aspyplayer, only allows you to scrobble music listened to on your device so far but as Zach says, it is only in Beta so hopefully Last.fm radio functionality isn’t too far away. Ricky meanwhile, notes that the app is unsigned and requires Python for S60 to be installed, so be prepared to jump that hurdle to check it out.

What are your thoughts? Jump over now to get the full lowdown and leave your comments and questions on the developer, Doug Fernando’s blog.
