N95 beats the iPhone. Again.

Pasha at NokMe has been playing the N95 off against the iPhone. For those of us with a 3G network available, Pasha says we have excellent high speed internet which may ‘even replace your home internet line’. The GPS capabilities remove the need for a separate device for navigation purposes, and the introduction of the 8GB version makes for a ‘powerful’ piece of kit.

The 3G test in the Dominican Republic that Pasha ran came up with the result that the Nokia device was 20% faster than an Apple MacBook Pro with a Merlin ExpressCard (but they were accessing different networks). Kudos to the N95, then, and proof that it is indeed an incredible tool to have in your pocket.
