Shootout at the Nokia Corral – N82 vs. N93

Mazor at Symbian Freak has taken a new device – the N82 – and in the second part of his photo shootout sees how it matches up to the old N93. The N93 shots are post-processed, but he includes some before this has happened, and they still measure up favourably.

The N82 comes out on top in terms of resolution in some shots (that’ll be the 5MP then), but loses out to the N93 in terms of colours in others. Mazor’s conclusion has to be put down as a split decision – he reckons the N82 loses out to the N93 in terms of lens angle and optical zoom, but scores with better rendering and 5MP.
