S60 devices are like women – they can multitask
April 23rd, 2008
Devin Balentina from The Nokia Guide has posted outlining the ‘multitasking’ capabilities of S60 devices.
Now that the RAM has been boosted in these devices, they can handle browsing at the same time as running other apps. Devin highlights the tip we wrote about the other day about tabbed browsing, and also notes that the Menu key acts as a ‘Task Switcher’ allowing users to browse through open apps. He ends by suggesting keeping your apps open for easy access, although this might eat your battery (see yesterday’s article for details).
How do get on with multitasking? Jump over and let Devin know.
