N95 8GB auto-rotation
April 24th, 2008
Over at The Nokia Blog, Mark Guim has posted, nay vlogged, about the built-in auto-rotation on the N95 8GB.
His video demo of how to turn on the function is helpful for those who didn’t know it was there and newbies alike. Update your firmware to version 20.0.016 and away you go. Useful for viewing in landscape mode for pics and apps, or if you’re in a tight (very tight) space where only landscape viewing is possible (scenarios where this might take place?). Mark reckons the N95 8GB is ‘more responsive’ than the N82, and the rotation is ‘more useful’ because of the bigger screen.
Have you tried this? What do you think? Jump over and let Mark know.
