Nokia Music PC Client available

May 15th, 2008

Another subject to hit the space recently and receive coverage from all angles is the news that Nokia Music PC Client (Beta) is available.

Rafe Blandford
from All About Symbian reports on its ability to directly rip a CD to a mobile device, to display your music in a number of different ways, and to create playlists easily. Monti and Teo from Symbian Freak also carry the news, writing about the ‘incredible level of activity’ from the ‘extremely productive’ Nokia Beta Labs. They say that this release will ‘seamlessly’ integrate your music from your PC into your device.

Matthew, writing on Darla Mack’s pages, doesn’t agree though. He reckons the ‘paltry’ 64MB program is just ‘another sign that Nokia continues to develop…bloatware’. He goes on to list other programs that take up space and don’t do everything he might expect of them – culprits include PC Suite.

So have you downloaded this yet? Do you take Monti’s or Matthew’s side of the argument? Jump through any of the links above to join in and air your views.
