N81 8GB – the final post

Tam has finished playing with the N81 8GB he has had his hands on over the past few days, and has posted his final thoughts.

The final verdict – ‘some parts are great, some suck’. More details, you say? Well, incorporating so much memory into a device gets Nokia some kudos, along with a good camera, WiFi and GPS. But the N81 8GB isn’t the ‘perfect implementation’ according to Tam. The keypad could be ‘a lot better’, and the camera is worthy of more discussion (see Tam’s post for details). He hopes the successor to the N81 8GB has the same things but done better, as it is, Tam reckons it’s ‘a great idea with botched execution’.
