N800 hits the sweet spot

Over on his blog, Torley has posted some thoughts on the N800 he has recently purchased, and they make for some entertaining reading.

Looking for something to ‘capture ideas’ on, as well as ‘poke’ the internet, Torley came across the N800 as the possible answer to his search. He loves the kickstand, the stylus, the easy to install apps and the open platform, as well as the ‘superb’ list of pre-installed internet radio stations and the ‘brilliantly bright and razor-crisp’ screen. The design is, according to him, ‘intensely compact and amazing’ and whilst he does have a few small niggles (camera quality, battery life and poor handwriting recognition), his overall impression is a good one. Indeed it is living up to Torley’s expectations ‘and beyond’, and let’s face it, you couldn’t ask for much more.
