E71 – perfect, sexy, solid
July 24th, 2008
Mobile World Innovation’s gwapz has had his hands on an E71, and it’s safe to say he’s somewhat impressed.
‘By far one of the sexiest solid’ devices he’s ever seen and used is a serious opening gambit, and he goes on to back it up with some hard facts and opinion. Straight up is the ‘feeling of solidness’ that ensures this device is as classy as it looks, and gwapz gives ‘kudos to Nokia’ for producing such a handset. He says the screen is small but ‘perfect’ and fits into the ‘astonishing’ design extremely well. The superlatives keep rolling as he calls the device ‘astonishingly thin’ and ‘solid as a rock’. The QWERTY keyboard is ‘cramped’ but the ‘good tactile response’ makes up for this in gwapz’s eyes. The speed of the device has ‘blown him away’ and coming from an E61i he says the call volume is a large improvement. He concludes by emphasising that this is the ‘most powerful perfect’ business device he has come across.
So what do you think? Have you found the E71 to be lacking in any areas? Have you got anything to add to gwapz’s review? Jump over and leave a comment sharing your thoughts.

Once again Nokia seems to have missed one critical detail that has spoiled an otherwise perfect fone … No BlackBerry Connect means this is not the solution for so many corporate users …
