Nokia MD-4 Speakers

July 24th, 2008 at 3:34 pm

Jamespowell1989 from Talk About Nseries has had his hands on a pair of the MD-4 speakers from Nokia, and has ‘put them to the test’.

The V-shaped design makes them ‘small and compact’ and James says they could easily slide into a pocket when you are on the move. What ‘really impressed’ James was the compatibility of the unit. If there is no 3.5mm jack on your device (for example, if you’re packing the 6220 Classic or the E71), there are other ways to connect the speakers – via the included adaptors. Along with excellent, ‘strong and sturdy’ build, the quality of the sound that comes from the speakers is ‘fantastic’. ‘Crisp and clear’ with no signs of crackle or hiss, James was ‘surprised’ at the level of audio from such a small device. ‘Extremely portable’, James reckons he would definitely buy these ‘superb’ speakers if he was in the market for some.

Have you tried these speakers, and do you agree with James? Are there any on the market that could compete? Head over to his site and let him know your thoughts.
