WOM WORLD / NOKIA
Mixed N-Gage news
July 25th, 2008
There has been a bit of conflicting opinion in the space about whether N-Gage is the powerhouse it really should be, and to exemplify this, we bring you two posts from this week.
Mike from The Nokia N82 Blog has written that, for him, N-Gage isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. He openly admits that he’s ‘not a fan of N-Gage’ due to the pricing structure, and he ‘wasn’t impressed’ by the demos he has tried. He has ‘never been excited’ about an N-Gage game, has ‘never played the same game twice’, and ‘never wanted to purchase’ one. On the other hand, Uber Phones reports excitedly that N-Gage is now available on more devices. The N78 and N96 have been added to the suite of devices that can be harnessed to N-gage, thus making ‘the list of potential gaming buddies’ that little bit longer. They are clearly keen on the addition of the new devices, thus completing our dichotomous split in the blogosphere.
Which side of the debate do you come down on? Are you a fan or an N-Gage cynic? Jump through the links and have your say on either of the sites, try and persuade Mike N-Gage is great, or the Uber Phones guys that it really isn’t.
