E90 cleaning cloth gets kudos

July 28th, 2008 at 3:28 pm

Over on the Symbian Guru pages, something a little left field is happening. Dotsisx has posted about her love of cleaning devices, and believes she has found the perfect companion for doing so.

The cleaning cloth that accompanied her E90 is, in her opinion, ‘the best towel [she] has ever used’ for achieving her clean-freak ambitions. Promising that this is the only post we’ll ever read that focuses on a cleaning cloth, she goes on to extol the virtues of the material (‘very close to suede or leather’), the size, and the convenience of not having to use screen wipes or clothing that normally leaves ‘some sort of residue that leaves a trace showing in which direction the screen was wiped’. This cleaning cloth, then, is for the absolute fanatics who can’t be doing with any ‘wiping trace whatsoever’.

Told you it was left field, didn’t we? The comment stream is awash with tips on how to keep your device out of the box clean, but none can compete with dotsisx’s cloth. Have you found a better method of removing smudges and fingerprints? Head over and join the throng by leaving a comment.
