E71 – a business user’s perspective

August 5th, 2008

Writing on The Nokia Blog, Andrew Leung has posted about his professional experience with the E71.

Andrew thinks the device is the ‘most attractive, well built QWERTY’ device he’s ever seen, but does this beauty translate to functionality? He likes the keyboard, and in comparison to a Blackberry, says it comes very close. The browsing experience is Nokia’s ‘most rewarding’ yet, but the email capabilities are a mixed bag. Andrew highlights the fact that Nokia are working on their push email, but in the meantime have removed Blackberry Connect, leaving users in the lurch a little. Overall, though, Andrew says that the device gets the job done and looks pretty doing it.

If you’re planning to use the device for business use, this post might be a good place to help you make up your mind which one to get hold of. Are there any questions you have that Andrew didn’t cover? Head over and leave a comment.
