E66 – for a young user?

August 6th, 2008 at 9:57 am

Samantha has posted on SMS Text News about the time she has spent with an E66. She’s a 16 year old device user, and she wanted to know if this one was a good fit for her needs.

It would turn out that the answer (as we may have expected) is ‘No’. From the screen that wasn’t bright enough to the weight of the device, the ‘disappointing’ 3.2MP camera and the email-heavy focus, virtually every aspect of the E66 didn’t suit her needs. She thought the main keypad, however, was ‘brilliant’ and loved the landscape mode of the device. Look at this from the perspective of a business user, however, and the device looks like it would suit their needs well. So if you’re as far away from a teenager as possible in your device requirements, Samantha’s article would be a good place to start.

Having read her thoughts, are there any questions you have about the device? Looking for a business device but can’t make up your mind? Head over and leave a comment for Samantha.
