E71 takes London by storm

August 12th, 2008

Andrew Grill has written on his London Calling blog about his experience with the E71, which he had been waiting for ‘excitedly’.

It’s fair to say he was impressed with the device, and says as much, adding that the keyboard is a ‘joy to use’ despite seeming small and that the E71 is ‘incredibly light and thin’, yet feels ‘solid’. He also liked the screen which, whilst smaller than the E61i, gives a ‘crisp’ view and is more than up to the job. Andrew goes on to list the ‘must have’ apps he downloaded, and the reasons why, followed by his likes and dislikes/improvements. He summarises by saying the device has all the aspects he needs for business.

Have you had your hands on an E71 yet? What are your first impressions? Do you think Andrew has hit the nail on the head with his review? Head over and let him know your thoughts by leaving a comment.

got the E71 on a 18mnth deal £5 per month (as I’m on a long term loyal plan) and they only charged £30 for the upgrade to E71. wi-fi (using mini opera - the Nokia default browser is sloooow) is great on this flat piece of candy and wow what a great keybd.
