NokiaviNe – the Guru doesn’t see the point

Over on his site, The Guru himself has posted about the new NokiaviNe service, and he’s not really getting it.

He gets that the app gives you a ‘visual trail’ of your route and media captured on it, but doesn’t understand why he should sacrifice his precious battery life to run it. He also doesn’t see why it should be uploaded to Nokia’s server either, a point made by Ms. Jen last week when she talked about using the app on her N82.
