Vouchers for N-Gage purchases?

Tzer2 on AllAboutN-Gage has posted her thoughts on the fact those who do not or cannot have a credit card are not given an option to purchase N-Gage games, and vouchers may solve this problem.
There is a poll in the AAS forum asking whether you would prefer this payment method to the existing system. Some countries, she argues, do not dish out credit cards to anyone who wants them, and under-18s cannot have them anyway. Sandy_1988, for example, in the AAS discussion lives in India, and his operator will not allow payments for N-Gage.
