N96 lines up against the SE Xperia X1

November 14th, 2008 at 2:20 pm

Norman John from the Symbian World site has pitched the N96 against the first Windows-enabled device from SE, and in this post concentrates on the external aspects of the two.

Whilst the X1 takes the prize for build quality – being mostly constructed of ‘steel’, making the N96 feel like a ‘toy’ in comparison – the Nokia device wins the size battle. Both are not small and feature ‘huge’ screens, but the N96 is lighter in the hand and is comfortable to use.

Which do you think wins in the build stakes? What would you like Norman John to cover next? Head over to his site and let him know what you’d like to see.
