5800 XpressMusic to take the iPhone crown?

Over at the S60Blog, Ani has posed an interesting question in which he askes whether Nokia’s 5800 XpressMusic can steal a march on the iPhone in certain markets.

Coming from an Indian perspective, he says there is a gap in the market now that the ‘initial euphoria’ of the iPhone has died down. The 5800 couples touchscreen with the ‘functionality and simplicity’ of Symbian, and looks like ‘a beauty’. He lists why he thinks the iPhone will fail in the Indian market, and reckons Nokia can learn from Apple’s mistakes.
