E71, E71 Words

E71 gets a skater’s backing

pt writes on the skateboardspot pages that he is a fan of the E71, going as far as to say it’s ‘awesome’.

There were a couple of niggles that will probably be sorted with the next firmware update – such as a contact’s birthday being saved in the address book but not appearing in the calendar. Other than that, he loved the device, as it does ‘everything’ he wants it to, has a ‘handy’ QWERTY keypad and the GPS was a ‘pleasure’.

Hey! I just found out that you’ve written, resp. referred to my blog entry in your blog. Nice to see. Well, so I’ll answer your questions: I’m kind of a “normob”. I used to have a pretty normal mobile (SE v630i) which was provided for free by my carrier. But very soond i started to discover that it could do much more that just being a mobile phone. I started using mobile internet, reading RSS feeds, using it as a calendar, etc. This might seem pretty normal to you, but when I bought my E71 I was really stoked on how well it did handle these things in comparison to my old phone. Of course I’ve gathered some information about other phones too before buying the E71, but as of now I can still say: “It’s awesome. And it totally suits my needs.” ;)
