How to improve on the E71?

Symbian World’s Christian Titze has been using an E71 for a while now, and wonders what could make the device even better than he already thinks it is.
He takes the keyboard to task, saying that the small keys caused him and his friends problems, and suggests either bigger keys or a touchscreen. The camera needs a dedicated side button and 5MP and the 2.5 mm audio jack needs to be changed (which has been addressed on the E63).
