July 4th, 2009
Dotsisx warns us at the beginning of her post on Symbian Guru that it’s going to be ‘heavy’ and drops the bomb that the gallery is going to be in retro black and white. Fair play.
So what do you think? Is black and white the way to go for modern galleries? What about the devices themselves? Head over and share your thoughts with Dotsisx.

Living with the N97
July 2nd, 2009
Rajat Agrawal of CellPassion has got his hands on an N97, and will be keeping a daily log of his use, asking the question of whether it lives up to the title of being ‘the global leader’s flagship device’.
Rajat finds the slide mechanism of the screen ‘smooth and addictive’, but despite being impressed by the QWERTY keyboard, he finds the touchscreen to be less responsive than he’d like.
Head over to follow Rajat’s daily progress and share your experiences of the N97 with him.

From the ‘nice and tactile and solid’ build quality to his take on the keyboard, he certainly covers all the bases, and covers them in detail. His take, by the way, is that it is ‘quite easy to get used to’. He also covers the music player and camera, with screenshots and sample images. Good stuff.

Nokia N97 review
June 29th, 2009
On the S60 blog, Sehaj has written about his experiences of the first few days using the N97 device. There is so much packed into this ‘solid and well built device’ that he is almost left feeling bogged down by it at first. He is ‘super impressed’ by the QWERTY keyboard, describing it as ‘perfect’, and also feels the touch experience of the device is ‘amazing’. However, he is left disappointed by the sound quality of music played through the device and the lack of flash on the camera.
How have you found the N97? Share your experiences with Sehaj.

The Judge gets the E63
June 29th, 2009
Over at The Best Judge, the man himself JudgeG has got his hands on an E63, and isn’t he happy about it?
The first thing he says about the device is that it’s ‘fabsational’, and when someone goes the extra mile and invents an adjective, you know you’re on a winner. He loves the color, the fact it can be used as a torch - he just loves the fact that it’s ‘pretty and shiny and uber-cool’. In fact, he’s one happy camper.
Have you gone gaga over the E63 like JudgeG? Head over and let him know.
